Professor Robert Pape,"the man who knows more about suicide terrorists than any other American" relies in his assessment on terrorism on mainline sources and the word of intelligence operators. Professor Pape who teaches at the University of Chicago the breeding ground of the Neocon movement and the place where the infamous Leo Strauss developed his Macchiavellian theories does not adjudge the possibility that intelligence populate lie and that they lie more often than they tell the truth.
While Professor Pape concedes that most suicide bombers in history have not been Muslims and most groups using suicide bombings are local resistance fighters against occupations he still perpetuates the myth of "AlQaeda". He bases move of his assessment of "AlQaeda" suicide bombings on a document "found" by Norwegian intelligence that was allegedly written by AlQaeda central dominate.
